1. Scope and definitions
This Privacy Policy applies to the Velora Table iOS application and to this product website. In this Policy, “Application” means Velora Table, “we”, “us” or “our” means MISS DOOM MEDIA LIMITED, the company responsible for Velora Table, and “you” means the person using the Application or website.
Personal Data means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable person. Local App Data means information stored on your device for the purpose of providing app features such as your profile, virtual-chip balance, learning progress, settings and game statistics.
Important gameplay disclosure: Velora Table is a virtual-chip entertainment and learning application. It does not provide real-money betting, cash deposits, cash prizes, withdrawals or cash-out functionality. Virtual chips have no real-world monetary value.
2. Information we may handle
Velora Table does not require you to create an external user account to access its core experience. Depending on the features you choose to use, the Application may handle the following categories of information:
- Profile information: the player name you enter, the avatar you select, and an optional profile photo you choose from your device.
- Gameplay information: virtual-chip balance, game results, wins, losses, game count, recent results and similar in-app statistics.
- Learning information: lesson completion, quiz completion, quiz scores and learning progress for Roulette, Lucky Wheel and High Card.
- Preference information: selected table background, unlocked cosmetic items and app settings.
- Purchase-related information: transaction information that Apple makes available to the Application so that a consumable virtual-chip purchase can be verified and delivered.
- Support information: information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email or telephone.
- Basic website information: standard hosting logs may include technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and requested page, depending on the hosting provider used for this site.
3. Local profile, gameplay and learning data
Velora Table is designed so that core profile, gameplay, cosmetic and learning-progress information can be stored locally on your device. This information is used to restore your current in-app state, show statistics, display unlocked items and remember your learning progress.
The Application does not require an external gambling account, sportsbook account, cash wallet or deposit account. Virtual chips are an in-app entertainment currency only and cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed outside the Application.
4. Photos and device permissions

If you choose to use a custom profile photo, the Application may use Apple's system photo picker to allow you to select an image. The feature is optional. Velora Table remains usable with the built-in avatar collection if you do not choose a personal photo.
Where iOS requires permission, the operating system controls that permission request. You can review or change permissions at any time in your device settings.
Permissions not required for core gameplay
The current core gameplay does not require access to your microphone, contacts, precise location or camera. If a future feature changes the permissions required, this Policy and the relevant in-app disclosures will be updated where appropriate.
5. Apple In-App Purchases
Velora Table may offer optional consumable virtual-chip packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases are processed by Apple under the terms applicable to your Apple ID and App Store storefront.
Velora Table may receive transaction status and product information necessary to verify a purchase and deliver the corresponding virtual chips. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number through the Application.
Consumable virtual-chip products are digital in-app items. They do not represent a cash deposit, bank balance, investment, withdrawable value or real-money gambling stake.
6. How information is used
Information handled by Velora Table may be used to:
- provide and maintain the Application and this website;
- save your local profile, game state, cosmetic selections and learning progress;
- display game statistics and recent results;
- verify and deliver consumable virtual-chip purchases processed by Apple;
- respond to support, privacy or product enquiries;
- protect the Application, website and users from misuse or technical abuse;
- diagnose technical problems and maintain service reliability where technical logs are available;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
7. Sharing and service providers
We may rely on third parties only where necessary to provide a feature or operate supporting services. Examples may include:
- Apple: App Store distribution, StoreKit and In-App Purchase processing.
- Website hosting providers: to host this product website and related technical files.
- Email or communication providers: when you contact support using the published contact details.
We may also disclose information if required by applicable law, court order or lawful government request, or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security or safety.
8. Tracking, advertising and analytics
The current Velora Table product is not described as an advertising-supported service. The Application does not require a real-money gambling account and does not use gameplay information to provide cash-gambling offers.
If advertising, third-party analytics or tracking technologies are introduced in a future version, the App Store privacy disclosures and this Policy should be updated before or when those changes become applicable, and any permissions required by Apple will be requested through the appropriate system interface.
9. Data retention
Local App Data is generally retained on the device for as long as necessary to provide the relevant feature. It may be removed when you reset in-app data, delete the Application, or otherwise clear the relevant device data, subject to the behavior of iOS and any device backup system you use.
Purchase records may be retained by Apple under Apple's own policies. Support correspondence and business records may be retained for a reasonable period where necessary to respond to requests, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic storage or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID and any backups associated with your device.
11. International processing
Services used to distribute the Application, process purchases, host this website or provide communications may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers of Personal Data.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, portability of or objection to certain processing of your Personal Data.
Some Velora Table information exists only locally on your device. Where this is the case, you may be able to remove that information directly by changing the relevant app setting, resetting app data or deleting the Application, subject to device backups and iOS behavior.

13. Children's privacy
The Application is not intended to knowingly collect Personal Data from children in a manner that would require parental consent without following applicable law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided Personal Data to us through a support or website channel, contact us so that we can review the matter.
Users should also follow the age rating shown for Velora Table in the applicable App Store storefront, including any rating treatment that applies to simulated gambling or casino-style themes.
14. External links and third-party services
The Application or this website may contain links to services that we do not operate, including Apple services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to a third party.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Velora Table, supporting services or legal requirements change. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated and additional notice may be provided where appropriate.
The updated Policy becomes effective when published unless another effective date is stated.
